Caridad Centro Food workshop

This week, we organized a cooking workshop in Caridad!
Beatriz Espinal led this food workshop with around 40 participants from the mayor's office and parents' associations of Caridad municipality. During this event, parents learned how to incorporate the Rise Against Hunger food packs into local cuisine. They did this by preparing Beatriz Espinal's recipes, which featured dishes like "Chinese" rice, tamales, soup, pupusas, tacos, and enchiladas.
It was an amazing event, and we are looking forward to welcoming Rise Against Hunger members to our country in the coming weeks.
